HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?
- Ensure you are logged in
- Select "Ways to redeem" and select redeem
- Once you redeem your points, you will be given a code. Apply this code at the checkout
HOW MANY POINTS I CAN REDEEM?
- Customer must redeem at least 500 points ($5)
- The maximum 2000 points ($20) can be redeem
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
- There is no expiry date for points
WHAT HAPPENS TO POINTS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Points you earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your point balance

Shipping & Duties
We offer these following free deliveries:
- Free delivery to local (Lethbridge, AB) within 30km radius.
- Free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.
- Free International shipping on orders over $150.
We are not responsible for any duties/taxes or customs fees.
All international orders must go through customs. Custom process may take a week to a month to complete.

Return & Exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Β
Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@barlassapparel.ca within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
