HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS?

1. Ensure you are logged in
2. Select "Ways to redeem" and select redeem
3. Once you redeem your points, you will be given a code. Apply this code at the checkout

HOW MANY POINTS I CAN REDEEM?

• Customer must redeem at least 500 points ($5)
• The maximum 2000 points ($20) can be redeem

DO POINTS EXPIRE?

• There is no expiry date for points

WHAT HAPPENS TO POINTS IF I RETURN AN ITEM?

• Points you earned from the returned purchase will be deducted from your point balance

• Free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.
• Free International shipping on orders over $150.

We are not responsible for any duties/taxes or customs fees.

All international orders must go through customs. Custom process may take a week to a month to complete.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost. But, if there is an issue with your order, please make sure to email support@barlassapparel.ca within 7 days of delivery to fix any issues & concerns.
